Motivation for Movement w/Coach Hudson
This class will be designed to encourage regular physical activity as part of a students daily and weekly routines while away from campus.  Activities will focus on low impact cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.  Attention will be given to determining and tracking individual target heart-rates through a variety of exercises.  The use of technology will be introduced as a way to track progress and provide motivation.  Students of all fitness levels are welcome to participate and no special equipment is necessary.

Bands and Body Weight w/Coach Mills
Bands and Body Weight class will use resistance bands and your body weight to create an effective, fun workout to increase strength and overall fitness.  We will use different spaces on campus and include special guests each week.
Resistance bands are simple and vary in type. You may use any form you see fit. There are looped bands, straight bands with handles or the simple TheraBand. The handles are the best in terms of control. The colors tell you how strong the resistance will be. Strength of the cord usually descends by color black>red>green>yellow.

Motivation for Movement w/Coach Hudson
This class will be designed to encourage regular physical activity as part of a students daily and weekly routines while away from campus.  Activities will focus on low impact cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.  Attention will be given to determining and tracking individual target heart-rates through a variety of exercises.  The use of technology will be introduced as a way to track progress and provide motivation.  Students of all fitness levels are welcome to participate and no special equipment is necessary.

Bands and Body Weight w/Coach Mills
Bands and Body Weight class will use resistance bands and your body weight to create an effective, fun workout to increase strength and overall fitness.  We will use different spaces on campus and include special guests each week.
Resistance bands are simple and vary in type. You may use any form you see fit. There are looped bands, straight bands with handles or the simple TheraBand. The handles are the best in terms of control. The colors tell you how strong the resistance will be. Strength of the cord usually descends by color black>red>green>yellow.

Motivation for Movement w/Coach Hudson
This class will be designed to encourage regular physical activity as part of a students daily and weekly routines while away from campus.  Activities will focus on low impact cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.  Attention will be given to determining and tracking individual target heart-rates through a variety of exercises.  The use of technology will be introduced as a way to track progress and provide motivation.  Students of all fitness levels are welcome to participate and no special equipment is necessary.
